iON, Krypt, and VPLS are affiliated entities under a parent-subsidiary structure. My server was initially hosted with Krypt and subsequently migrated to iON without our explicit consent. This August, the provider unilaterally suspended the service. The contractual commitments were never fulfilled, and customer support responses have been grossly inadequate. This conduct demonstrates a complete lack of credibility. Data security is paramount—the arbitrary suspension of our server, with no overdue fees and no breach of any terms, is wholly unacceptable.
