Today, I try to compare the performance between different plans. I hope I can give you a reference when you need to use it. This time, Montreal is chosen, all tests based on Montreal DC.

## Handy Functions

**Shelve**: Shelving will shutoff your VM and de-allocate resources so you only pay for storage ($0.03/GB/mo) and IP addresses ($1/mo each). When you need the VM again, you can Unshelve it.
**Security groups**: Security groups restrict traffic to and from your virtual machine. Below, you can manage the security groups that your VM is a member of.

Floating IPs, Startup Scripts, Load Balancers, Block Storage Volumes, Burstable Resources, Snapshots, SSL Certificates, also you can upload your own images, and some other handy functions they have.
